The review is for Citrus Reef rather than the item. The plush is generally ok but had a little quality issue. I tried contacting customer service using everything listed on the website - phone, whatsapp, email, contact form. No response whatsoever

The material looks good quality and is soft, probably the reason why my child really loves it. He takes it with him all the time. Eat, sleep, hang out with him, everywhere
